    I have wanted to tell you the story of Marcela and Juan Carlos in their biodynamic Chilean farm for a while. In 2001, they left the capital city of Santiago to live in the familial Crisol farm (“La Cruz” sector, 30 minutes from Limache); an agricultural project of 9ha of avocado trees.
